In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bitbat website accessible at https://bitbat.pro, including all associated pages, tools, games, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "bitbat" or "We" or "Us" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within your Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by bitbat to eligible players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.

References to "including" shall be read as "including without limitation". Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an Account on bitbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bitbat enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age at registration and at first withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own name, for your own personal entertainment purposes — not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of bitbat or any of its service providers, where such relationship would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by bitbat for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating, operating, or knowingly benefiting from duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. bitbat is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account.

bitbat will treat any person who successfully logs into your Account using your credentials as you. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions taken through a session authenticated with your credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised those actions.

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bitbat immediately at [email protected]. bitbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

You must not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to access the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

bitbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be introduced or removed from time to time at bitbat's sole discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by account tier, and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is strictly prohibited. bitbat reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source and ownership of any deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (daily 09:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within two (2) hours of approval during operational hours. bitbat is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

bitbat performs standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

bitbat does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bitbat accepts no liability.

bitbat offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete account registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the bitbat welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and the wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the Platform unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game types (e.g., live table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• bitbat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already commenced satisfying a wagering requirement.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any derived winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on the bitbat Platform are final once confirmed. bitbat does not accept requests to void, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in the specific circumstances set out below.

bitbat reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure that resulted in odds or game parameters being displayed incorrectly.
• Where there is credible evidence that the outcome of a sporting event was manipulated or that a player had access to non-public information at the time of betting.
• Where the bet was placed using funds that are under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and settlement rules specific to that market require voiding.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the sports betting and casino interfaces. bitbat reserves the right to set individual bet limits on a per-account basis without prior notice where it deems this necessary for risk management purposes.

Casino games on the Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are statistically random and cannot be influenced or predicted. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bitbat Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Opening or using more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players or bitbat staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures, including re-registering after self-exclusion.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after funds have been used to place bets on the Platform.

Closure by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the bitbat support team at [email protected]. If your Account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to that balance, you may request a withdrawal of those funds prior to closure. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by bitbat: bitbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Where an Account is closed by bitbat for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period. Further details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

All content on the bitbat Platform — including but not limited to the bitbat brand name and logo, page layouts, graphic designs, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bitbat or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bitbat.

Game content (slots, live casino, crash games) is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain vested in the respective studios.

bitbat provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bitbat takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability and game integrity, it makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bitbat's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bitbat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bitbat has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim (contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise).

bitbat is not responsible for any third-party services, payment providers, or telecommunications networks used in connection with the Platform. Any failure of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment partner is outside bitbat's reasonable control.

By registering an Account, you consent to receiving communications from bitbat via the email address and mobile number you provided during registration. These communications may include account notifications, transaction confirmations, promotional offers, and platform updates.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected]. Transactional and account-security communications (e.g., withdrawal confirmations, login alerts) cannot be opted out of as they form part of the Account service.

All formal notices from bitbat to you will be sent to the email address on record for your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are current and that bitbat's emails are not blocked by spam filters.

bitbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bitbat will notify registered players via the email address on record or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 8.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every page on the Platform. The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated.

bitbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary time-out periods, and self-exclusion. In the case of a dispute relating to bet settlement, the outcome of a game, or a transaction, bitbat's records shall be the primary source of reference. bitbat maintains detailed logs of all bets, game sessions, deposits, and withdrawals. If you believe our records are inaccurate, you should provide supporting evidence when submitting your complaint.

bitbat is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal complaints process has been exhausted may seek further recourse through appropriate external dispute resolution channels.

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bitbat Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

bitbat collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and communicate with you about your Account and the Platform. Your data is never sold to third-party marketers.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff and service providers who require it to perform their functions.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and bitbat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

No waiver by bitbat of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
